Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased under special discounts
• Items with damaged packaging

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement

If the product received is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement after verification.
